You have to use some sort of tracking on all of your marketing efforts. Track, Track, & more Track! Track everything… if it’s possible, online and offline.

For online- Google Analytics is a free tracking service, I recommend starting with it… NOW!

For offline- use tracking codes on printed material, individual phone numbers can be used to track calls from mobile advertisements, use texting codes to track outdoor advertisements, use call tracking software as a catch all.
